HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
At the moment we have warehouses in Australia, Hong Kong and China and we ship products from our warehouse that has the product stocks on hand.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We provide free shipping on all orders above $99 to over 200 countries around the world. However, there's some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Standard Shipping:
The United States 14 - 20 (Business days)
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand 10-20 (Business days)
Europe 14 - 30 (Business days)
North America: Canada 14 - 30 (Business days)

Express shipping:

PROCESSING TIME
The order processing time might take up to 2- 4 business days
*Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your order ships and it will contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST
We accept 8 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information.
Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 at support@calizarossi.com
Please note that any request received after 8 hours’ period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.
We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 8 hours’ period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee on account of the cost, we incur for the item already being in production.
