Returns and Cancellations

How do I cancel my order?

  • Unfortunately, in the majority of cases, we are unable to cancel an order once the orders are processed for shipment.
  • If you would like to inquire about the possibility of order cancellation, please contact our Customer Service at support@calizarossi.com and include your order number for faster service.

 

Returns 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return your order within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • BEFORE returning any products please email us at 
          support@calizarossi.com
  • Include a note containing your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return.
  • Wrap the item with quality padding and place it in an appropriate box for shipping.
  • Package must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD packages. All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase or, if the product was purchased elsewhere, store credit will be issued.
  • Your item(s) must be received in a good and undamaged condition
  • The shipping charges you paid to receive your order cannot be refunded
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
  • Shipping fees for the returns will not be covered by us
EXCEPTIONS: Discounted items (20% and above) are not entitled to a refund or return unless it is received faulty. Bundle offers still qualify for a refund or return.

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

     

    When will the return funds appear on my credit card?

    Once the return is received, please allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only.

    Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.

    Every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item.

    Our Responsibility

    • Faulty Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
    • Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong product, color or size.

    Your Responsibility

    Oops! Somewhere along the way you might have made a mistake. If any of these are the case, it’s up to you to sort things out and unfortunately we cannot refund your item.

    Incorrectly Provided Address: If you made an error in the address. We are not

    responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.
